Parking on Unimproved Surface:

Other: The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? Thank you.

Seems like a question for Parking Services about parking legality / parking zones.
