I explained I accidentally let his u report fall through the cracks in early June 2025. As of today, Rusty said he already paid the citation. He relayed to me that he has on more than one occasion tried to pay with a credit card at different meters downtown and the meters have not accepted his payment. He said it makes him not want to visit Bloomington for fear of getting parking citations. I told him to call our office in the future if he wishes to file an appeal and we will assist him.
