Nuisance Lights:

Other: There is a nuisance light in a box attached to pole 814 6521 on Morton Street in the narrow greenway between the B-line and Morton, opposite the driveway to the all red house next to the Bloomington Center for Connection. It creates glare all over the neighborhood and directly into my house. It is not part of the street light system. I have photos on my phone but don't know how to attach them to this file. I believe it should come down. Thank you.

Public works staff have connected Planning staff with a contact from Duke Energy regarding the lighting on pole. Planning staff will be following up with them in regard to our lighting standards and work to verify if a violation is ongoing and can be corrected.
