Other: Hello- I just wanted to report a parks and rec truck driving on the clear creek trail between that road and rockport road driving way too fast down the middle of the road and narrowly running me off the trail and into the grass. This could have been really bad if I was elderly or disabled and unable to move out of the way. The plate # was 45090.
