Other: Yard at the house has been overgrown for years and there is a car that is covered partial with tarp that has it license plate covered. This has been going on for for years. Looks great when students are moving in the neighborhood. Why can’t the city do something about it. Why does this person get special treatment? If so then just get rid of CITY CODE.
