Other: This is the second time this year that my house has been flooded because of the inadequate city storm water drainage at the corner of Overhill dr and East 8th Street. It happened on April 4th and on June 18th. I'm not sure if the city had someone come and cleaned up after storm on April 4th, but my handyman told me that he had to remove a bunch of rocks from the drainage. I really believe that the storm water drainage is too small. Even if we clean it up, it still doesn't function properly. The storm water from the city's drainage backed up to my driveway and flooded the entire basement floor. It has happened many times, but the problem is getting worse throughout the years. I had to spend thousands to remodel my house due to the flood damages.
