Other: The traffic light at E Hillside Dr/E Moores Pike and College Mall Road/S Sare Rd seems unbalanced in terms of the light staying green quite a bit longer going east and west (Hillside/Moores Pike) than north and south (College Mall Road/Sare). I had noticed this in the spring when driving early in the morning. Driving north on Sare, I would come around the curve approaching the intersection to see the light turn green only to have it turn red before I made it to the intersection. Yesterday (July 1), I was driving south on College Mall Road and was stuck in traffic at that intersection, sitting through the light a few times as only about 5 cars could make it through the intersection proceding south on Sare before the light turned red. The light stayed green considerably longer (I didn't time it) going east and west. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or if something changed with the timing of the light in the winter or spring but it seems that the green light time going north and south should be at least as long as the green light time going east and west given the traffic on College Mall Road and Sare Road.
