Other: Pavement failure and subsequent pavement void at a drainage grate located on the east side of South Park Ridge Road at approximately 39.162614, -86.476202 or thereabouts. The failure has an underlying void of indeterminate depth and is parallel with northbound travel for vehicles/bicycles on the roadway thus presenting a hazard for cyclists or further deterioration for autos/trucks.
