City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #204059

Water Quality:

Other: Tap water is consistently turning a yellow/green color after adding chlorine or bleach to it. It turns opaque and cloudy. This has never happened before. I've been calling the utilities line daily and they keep insisting the water chemistry has not changed, despite getting multiple reports of this occurring across the city.
