Other: Hello, I was passing by the Fields Apartment complex, all around Clarizz, Fenbrooke, I need to check the exact streets. All of their trees lining the sidewalk and street are improperly mulched with root suffocating “mulch volcanoes.” I’ll pass by there again today or tomorrow and send exact street names and photos.
