Running down 3rd on camp is actual sewer manholes so we cannot fill those in with concrete. Do you know when you notice a huge difference? We do have a list of manholes that we try and level, but requires the road to be shut down, which is very difficult with this section of road. We will put it on our list to investigate the feasibility to do it.
