Other: Animal control picked my dogs up from my dog sitters and I was never told nor has anyone from the animal shelter contacted me over my dogs I think it's wrong for them to take my two dogs considering they did not have no contact with me not through phone not through face-to-face they did not even go to the address on my dog's profile but just took my dogs that is not right it should be against the law for them to do that without verbally speaking to the owners
Proper procedure was followed, and Animal Control has been trying unsuccessfully to contact the owner.
Animal Control received calls that the animals were unattended at a camp site and found that to be true. The Animal Control Officer took them to the shelter and left notice where the dogs were located and have been trying to reach the owner by phone. Animal Control intervenes when animals do not have adequate water, shelter, or care, and proper procedure was followed in this case.
