Update.... I stopped by. This is not Duke Energy. I will be looking further into this. Thanks for the heads up. I will add another update when I have more information.

I believe this is associated with ROW2025-07-1734 and the work is being completed on behalf of Duke Energy.
-2515 S Rogers St
-Relocate overhead service line
-Close northbound lane of S Rogers St, close sidewalk on east side of S Rogers St. Pedestrian crossing signs will be located at Rogers St X Graham Dr and Rogers St X W Ralston Dr
-Work will take two days within 8/25/25-9/9/25
I will be in the area shortly and will take a look. Please let us know if this does not address your concerns.
