Neighborhood resident here. They said they are working for Duke. They are subs, CSU Inc. They said they are working all along Rogers St. from the power station to Country Club. I believe there is an easement to the west of the mixed use trail, I think roughly 12ft. I can attest that nobody was notified.

Update.... I stopped by. This is not Duke Energy. I will be looking further into this. Thanks for the heads up. I will add another update when I have more information.

-2515 S Rogers St
-Relocate overhead service line
-Close northbound lane of S Rogers St, close sidewalk on east side of S Rogers St. Pedestrian crossing signs will be located at Rogers St X Graham Dr and Rogers St X W Ralston Dr
-Work will take two days within 8/25/25-9/9/25
I will be in the area shortly and will take a look. Please let us know if this does not address your concerns.
