Other: When W 6th St was repaved they left some utility access places (sometimes called "manholes") lower than the street surface. These could easily bend a bicycle wheel and could cause a cyclist to be injured. There are one or more of these in each block in the 500, 600, & 700 blocks. Some are near the north curb and are sometimes (but not always) covered by parked cars, and some are in the westbound driving lane.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.
