Other: The courtyard at the 900 block of North Lindbergh drive has always flooded. The situation may have just been exacerbated even after construction is complete unless proper drainage is included before concrete is poured. I also don't really want motorcycles and motor scooters revving up all hours of the day and night outside of my apartment, and hope that this will only be for bicycles and non-motored vehicles. We now have what may become a huge mosquito breeding pool in our front yard.
