Other: There’s a lot of overgrowth on Rogers at Second, on the southwest corner, adjacent to the location of the old hospital. It’s hard to get a stroller past and I think it would be harder for a person who uses a wheelchair. Doesn’t the city own that? Please fix. Thanks.
