Other: In installing a main fiber line, Trueline/AEG or its partner, removed the asphalt at the edge of the street and cut out a foot wide section of the city's paved drainage ditch. Erosion has occurred and further breakup of asphalt is likely. The area needs to be repaired and patched by someone.
