Traffic Signals:

Other: The light moving north/south on Patterson turns red even when there is no one traveling east/west on Allen. And when it does turn red for north/south traffic on Patterson, it takes anywhere between 30 and 45 seconds to turn green again. This has been going on for several weeks now. Could the timing be checked?
