Other: The house west of 402 S. Highland has a drainage pipe out to the alleyway (alley south of Atwater, between highland and Ballantine). Due to the heavy rains and this pipe, there is a huge gully in the alleyway that makes it nearly impossible and quite treacherous to get to our parking spot off the alley. The gully is deepening (is deeper than this photo attached, which was taken earlier this summer) and alley is becoming impassable. Our renters depend on the parking spot and need to be able to access it.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 4 days have already passed.
