Other: Case # 204572: There have been 2 new reports of the same issue in the past week by random other people. It's an issue. The City's belief it is not impeding line of sight for traffic is dumbfounding at best. Have someone else in a regular sized vehicle drive west on Grimes from Lincoln to Washington and decide.
