Parking is on a first come first serve basis and as indicated in the u report these vehicles are moving.
Thank you for your u report. This area is outside our enforcement boundaries however, based on your recent comment, these vehicles are moving therefore, that is what the code requires. There are currently no enforcement regulation referencing parking controls time limits as long as they are moving. It is free parking area and parking availability is on first come first serve basis.
