Other: Once again Street Department is repaving roads with barely any milling work done, this time on South Washington. Milling down 1' strips less than .5" at the curb and not milling at all in the middle of the road. The "repaving" here is just piling up over an inch of fresh asphalt on top of un-milled asphalt. This raises the grade of the road, which also means curbs are now effectively lower and storm drains that should be at grade are now sitting in a pit of asphalt.

Thank you for your feedback. The Street Division tells me that we are milling an inch and a half off the curbline to maintain the curb height. In this area we we did not mill the entire width so we could add crown to the street so it would drain water better. Street plans to meet all drains and ADA ramps at the proper heights.
