Other: Near miss. During the morning, walk to school, kids were crossing high Street around 8:35 AM, there’s a crossing guard there who triggered the crosswalk lights, and stood in the middle of the road with his stop sign, but a car approaching from the north did not stop, and drove through the crosswalk around 25 to 30 mph. Talking with the cross guard, this happens quite often, because it is at the bottom of a hill with limited visibility. I highly recommend putting a stop sign at that intersection similar to everywhere else on high Street.
