Other: The protected turn arrow on Fee Lane (traffic turning westbound onto 17th Street) is not functioning. Our transit buses are required to turn left on a none protected signal, and the increase in traffic has made the turn challenging. The signal has a protected turn arrow, but it was deactivated at some point over IU's summer break.
