There is currently an INDOT project planned that will make improvements along E 10th/SR 45 from the bypass to just east of Pete Ellis- however, it won't extend eastward to John Hinkle. From my understanding, nothing yet is firmly planned for eastward plans for improvements, however I believe there are has been some level of discussion about future projects.
