Other: Guests park along the front of the property poorly which blocks other residents from moving around their vehicles safely due to poor visibility and turning radius while backing out of the driveway. They are aware the trouble it causes but still continue to park there. Also creates big blind spot hazard and has led to many close calls with vehicles going up and down the street due to forced single lane passageway.
