Good morning,
My name is Kim, I am part of the Meter Service department here at CBU. I have reviewed your meter's consumption and observed that it began recording between 40-60gph on July 7th. The hourly usage ceased on September 2nd. Currently, the meter does not indicate any signs of a leak at this time. This level of consumption resembles that of a continuously running toilet; have you experienced any problems within your home?
Should we receive an alarm from this meter, we will initiate an inspection. Feel free to reach out to the department if you have any additional questions or concerns.
