Other: 600 E. First St. has a parking area off Henderson St. that fits two cars without encroaching on sidewalk. Current tenants are parking three cars, which results in sidewalk obstruction because they don't angle in enough. See photo. Please work with landlord to prevent this busy commuter sidewalk right of way from pinching down to just two or three feet.
