Other: There has been a gray Pontiac Vibe parked on the north side of Maxwell Lane for approximately 2 weeks. It’s located at 1521 E. Maxwell Lane. My neighbor, Raglind Binkley, lives at 1520 E. Maxwell Lane. (She asked me to submit this report due to personal matters). Her words via a text to me: “Depending on which direction I turn..yesterday I almost hit the door.” Raglind’s driveway is directly across the street from this parked car. I (Diane)did not notice any No Parking signs on this segment of Maxwell Lane, so it may be entirely legal for this car to be parked there (?), but continuously without it being moved is the concern. Thanks.
