Other: The curb is broken. The pieces are in the front yard of the adjacent property. I think the volunteer raingarden might be a better use of the space than a new curb. Less than a year since the concrete sanding / beveling was done, one more sidewalk square needs it. As to the beveling itself---looks bad and won't weather into something better. Safer, yes.
