Other: After reporting several urgent issues to maintenance Tenant was under the impression that his until would be inspected during the 3 day code inspection dates stated by management however no repairs have been made. Maintenance entered but never returned. For over a year I have reported my toilet and shower bubbling up waste that spills over into closet and connecting rooms. I have also reported several times that my light switches electrocuted my son and that several electronics have been short circuited due likely to unstable flowing electricity caused by water damage in the walls. This also has caused my lights to surge and my over range to fluctuate in temperature. My home floods multiple times a week which has caused the carpet to mildew and mold. Living with these issues have caused respiratory infections for myself and kids.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.
Called to schedule complaint inspection. Left message. Will call back.
