Other: Yet another accident in front of my office again... I hold the city of Bloomington and the state of Indiana responsible for the idiotic and dangerous changing of the lanes from 4 to 2 with a crazy middle turn lane where cars come head on at each other trying to turn left. I urge you to remove the bike Lanes and remove the center turn lane and turn this back into four lanes. People are going to get killed.
