Other: I have a neighbor who is not picking up his dog's poop. His dog pooped, I asked "are you going to pick that up" he responded that he needed to go home and get a bag. I told him that there are poop bags near my condo dumpster, he walked over, and then flipped my off and did not pick up the dog poop. This happened at Howe & S. Madison. I was with 2 people who witnessed the interaction. There is dog poop in our neighborhood since this guy has been walking his dog on S. Madison. I do not know his name but his address is B112 South Madison. This is Madison Downtown apartments. His auto license is for a grey honda civic temporary place T438780. I see this guy everyday so it would be great if he would pick up his dog's poop. Thanks-Tracy
