City Construction Projects:
Other: I’m not sure what the rules of construction activity that is permissible, but I would assume that blocking private driveways and working in a residential neighborhood at 3AM is not allowed. My son and his roommates are seeing construction workers using their private yard to eat lunch and even order food to their address. This is absolutely unacceptable and do not believe it’s allowed by law to work a construction site, pouring concrete, etc. in the middle of the night in a residential neighborhood.
