Other: The intersection of N Jefferson St and E 5th St currently only has a two way stop. Drivers and pedestrians would highly benefit from making it a four way stop. Cars drive 40+ mph down N Jefferson St, which makes it dangerous when proceeding from E 5th St. It is hard to see if cars are coming, because of the street parking. Many pedestrians have to cross this street in order to get to campus. I believe in the last year there have been at least 3 accidents here.
