Other: Yesterday (Thursday 25 Sept) at 5:15pm, a Ford Bronco turned *North* (left) onto Dunn from 10th Street (against the one-way direction), traveled north at a high rate of speed several blocks, and then pulled into the parking lot of 820 N. Dunn. During this illegal maneuver, another car that was traveling south on Dunn (the correct direction) had to pull over to avoid a collision. The driver might not have known he was committing a violation because that intersection is not clearly marked "Do Not Enter". Maybe a sign should be put up there to make sure that careful drivers know it is one-way.
