Other: I am trying to register for a Parks & Rec community event. The website says that I need to have an account. When I try to register for an account, it will not allow me to do so because the Phone #1 field (which is mandatory) is not working properly. As soon as you move to another field, the phone number disappears. I re-entered it multiple times and it will not stay in the field. I tried 3 different browsers all with the same result. At this time, I am unable to register for an account on the city webtrac.bloomington.in.gov/ site or register and pay for the event that I am trying to attend.

Dear Jenn, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced trying to register for a Parks and Recreation program through our online registration system. After a recent software update, a critical bug occurred that prevents our customers from being able to create or update their registration accounts. If you would like to call our office at 812-349-3700 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, we can assist you over the phone. If these times are not convenient, feel free to send an email to parks@bloomington.in.gov with details about the program for which you'd like to register, and a way that our staff can contact you.
