City Performance:
Other: Just wanted to state support for Bloomington's annexation efforts. If someone agreed to be annexed in the future as a condition of that property sale, that should be upheld. And donut holes of non-City property help no one. Bloomington needs to continue to grow and prosper in those areas where it makes sense. Keep at it. Though please don't push for additional zones until services such as sewer are ready to be extended after the map firms up with current target areas.
