City Construction Projects:

Other: The current construction project on 2nd street is extremely disruptive and causes the building to shake. For necessary/emergency daytime construction this is totally understandable, but the project on 2nd st (between Walnut/Rogers) has been doing construction only from late evening to overnight around 4-5am every day. I have not slept since the construction started a week ago and it is scheduled to continue another full week. Even if there is a permit to be exempt from the noise ordinance, please consider rescheduling this work to take place during daytime hours. As I said, the deeper digging affects the foundation of the building, causing very irritating vibrations that give me headaches and make sleep impossible. It has affected my work life and mental health to miss so much sleep. My window faces the road and this has been an absolute nightmare of a time for me.
