Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):

Other: This isn't a functional problem - it's a behavioral one. As I walked past the building on the NE corner of Morton and W 10th St, there was a man (who I'm assuming was employed by that building) using a leaf blower to blow a significant amount of debris into the storm drain on that corner. I asked him not to do that and why, but he continued to do it after I left. I don't know if there's anything that can be done, but I just wanted to share this with you!

Thank you for trying to educate folks. We do outreach to lawncare companies, but maybe we should start doing maintenance staff at complexes.
