Planning staff have drafted an NOV warning letter for permanent signage without a permit for Touchdown Terrace at 420 E 19th Street. Will continue to draft and issue NOV Warning letters to other properties in this area along N Dunn St for permanent and temporary signage displayed without permits.

Received. Planning staff observed and documented non-compliant signage at this and many other properties along this section of Dunn Street. We will work on issuing Notice of Violation (NOV) warning letters to all of them as we have time.
