Other: On September 29, the road project on 2nd Street near Rogers involved shutting down Rogers just north of 2nd Street. I live in that area, and in order to get to my home, I had to get out of my car twice to move blockages in the road. At the intersection of 3rd and Rogers, there was a barricade that I was able to drive by, but it was barely passable for my car and I had to almost drive up on the curb. Then at the intersection of Howe and 2nd, I had to get out of my car to move construction cones. There were cars going through the intersection and it was dark, so that was not a safe situation. Then when I tried to pull into my drive, there were construction barriers blocking it. I had to get out of my car again and ask a street worker to move it. He was very nice, though. The issue only took place that evening, but I wanted to report it since it was difficult and dangerous.
