Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: Small dog is left outside in backyard of 500 S. Hawthorne all day and well into the night. The dog barks a lot, especially at night, and it's unclear whether anyone is present at home regularly. The dog used to get loose and run all over the neighborhood. It even bit a neighbor. This is a sadly neglected pet and should be saved from this cruel situation.
