Other: There Thea’s a bus sitting parked along the the west side of College 15th to 16th from approximately 720 to Atleast 730+ This cause a line of site for cars trying to out of 15th because the bus was just sitting. I did not get the bus number but people trying to get on to college could look north to see if the lane was clear to pull out.

In the morning our buses must wait at a designated place until the start time of the route. This must be done in a lane of travel when there is not a designated pull-off. We apologize for the inconvenience.
