Other: Just east of the intersection cars r blocking thru traffic. The corner and roads have been closed due to building construction but the road looks passable. This intersection has been horrible in general.Because people park on the street, on all sides and it's difficult to move through even before the construction started. No, parking signs need to go up and need to be enforced if this is going to be an open street.
