Other: These cans have been sitting here full of garbage for the last 3 weeks. The tenants do not move them after pickup and have not removed the garbage from the recycling tote, so the sanitation department will not take it. It smells and it is an eye sore, not to mention that it blocks the sidewalk. Please address as soon as possible. Thank you.
