Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: I tripped over a broken sidewalk and fell. I needed to go to the IU Health Bloomington hospital ER for x-rays and abrasions treatment. The sidewalk needs to be repaired promptly to prevent pedestrians from having falls like this.
