Other: A limb on a walnut tree appears to be damaged and is hanging low over the street. The tree is about halfway between Roosevelt and Jefferson on the north side of the pedestrian path where Fourth Street would be. The second of the two large limbs extending south from the tree appears to be slightly fractured above street level. Not sure if it poses any immediate danger, but I don't think the end of that limb used to be so close to the ground.
