This does not appear to be a violation of any ordinance. The construction is not associated with any City Projects.
Other: Rogers Construction regularly parks their trucks in my yard within 800 feet of my mailbox so they block the mailtruck and my mail delivery. I have asked the homeowner and Rogers Construction to stop and I have put up a "no parking" sign. I have also called the BPD to ask for advice on how to handle the situation. This has gone on since May 2025.

The contractor or the work being done is not associated with any City work. Planning does not regulate parking on improved surfaces, and the photo shows a truck parked along the street. The City does not regulate parking adjacent to the mailbox, perhaps the USPS can assist.
Roy, passing to you and the team in Zac's absence.
Planning does not regulate parking in the roadway/ROW. Kyle, can you see if there is any coordinating ROW permits for work going on here to possibly discuss blocking drives, mail, etc. in the area at the reported location?
