Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Recent construction of over-large building next to old stone church on Grant has caused drainage issues on the alley intersection between 9th and 10th, Grant and Lincoln. When it rains, a lake forms with nowhere for the water to go now. People who built the building should be required to fix this before winter.

This location has been discussed with CBU and Engineering's Development team. A long-term solution is being investigated. Because of UDO limitations, CBU was not able to require stormwater infrastructure improvements in this area with the new construction that has occurred. Engineering has not received a request for close-out of the ROW permit at this time. When an inspection is completed, any damages caused by the new construction will be required to be fixed.
